The function of Chancellery is to provide students with the effective administrative service. The function of the Head of Chancellery: receipt and registration of correspondence, timely analysis and transfer of documents, reviewing and forwarding of received correspondence, control of correction of documents to be signed and their timely supply to the job performer, control and analysis of the execution process of all documents.

The Department of Quality Assurance regulates documentation for university accreditation and authorization, periodically fills self-assessment questionnaire, following the appreciation of academic program it develops recommendations and action plans with the purpose of its further perfection, coordinates the process of acceptance of credits for students enrolled with mobility procedures, cooperates with the Departments of Quality Assurance of local and foreign educational institutions for forming criteria and methodologies of internal and external control procedures, studies the correspondence of the learning process on the Faculty to the accepted standards of the University, studies the correspondence of periodical tests, midterm and final exams to the aims of each course, as well as the correspondence of the syllabus and provided studying materials to the aim of each program.

The function of Academic Process Management Department is the provision of effective organization and management of academic processes, compilation of learning and exam schedules, registration of the students enrolled with Unified National Exams, Joint Master Exams and mobility procedures, coordination of the execution process of documents and formation of student groups, production of student database and private documentation, issueing notices and necessary documents.

The Department of Foreign Relations coordinates close cooperation with leading foreign universities, supports effective integration of students and academic staff in an international educational environment. The University cooperates with its European partners in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Ukraine and Latvia; organizes international seminars/conferences and visiting professors from different European countries participate in them. Establishment of partnerships with European and American universities is planned for the future.

The Department of Information Technologies provide the university with internet services and operation of computers and other office techniques. Modern methods are implemented for the effective management of information technologies providing the safety of the network. The university staff and students can contact the Department Head with the complaints about the malfunction of techniques, failure in the internet access or any other problem related to the usage of hardware. The Department is located on the 1st floor of the University campus.

On the initiative of the Centre, SabaUni students participate in social and charity projects and marathons within the sidelines of local and international campaigns.
